This notice explains what personal information Automode Inc (“Automode,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website and how we use it. It is intentionally short because this site does very little: it is an informational site with no forms, no accounts, and no logins.
What we collect
This website collects no personal information from you. There is no contact form, no account to create, and no login. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers that identify you personally on this site. We only hold personal information when you choose to give it to us directly — by calling (801) 376-6725 or emailing support@automode.io — and then only what you chose to tell us.
How we use it
We use what you send us for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and to provide the industrial-controls services you asked about. We do not use it to send unrelated marketing.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except as needed to operate — for example, a service provider that transmits or stores our email on our behalf, or where we are required to by law. Any such provider is limited to handling the information for us.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send us only as long as needed to respond to and service your request, and to keep ordinary business records.
Requesting access or deletion
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@automode.io. We will honor reasonable requests.
