Find it, fix it, and verify it’s holding before we leave. We don’t swap parts hoping one sticks — we trace the fault to its cause, correct it, and confirm the line runs.

If the line is down and you’re losing production by the minute, don’t wait — go straight to Emergency / line-down. Same crew, phone-first.
